Trindades was first produced in 2007 and re-released in 2022.
This interlude is the result of a long but highly refined process. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After fermentation, it remained in contact with fine lees for 12 months, then stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
The Trindades Branco bottle is a portion of joy and delight, reflecting a complex, fresh, mineral, and elegant wine, made possible by the maturity of the vineyard and the quality of the fruit.
Citrus color.
Intense fruit aroma, with apricot dominating.
Notes of honey and accentuated minerality.
Voluminous in the mouth, with an excellent acid balance and a persistent finish.
